How long does it take the eSIM QR code to arrive?
We send the eSIM QR code the moment you buy. It should be sent to you within 2 minutes.
Haven’t received your QR code after more than 10 minutes? Check your spam folder or talk to us directly (WhatsApp)
What happens to unused data after the end of the plan?
eSIMs are only valid for the duration of the plan listed on our website. If you do not use up all of your data, that data is lost and cannot be accessed again.
How can I buy an eSIM?
You can buy an eSIM online at our website enjoyesim.com or through the enjoyesim app.
After you buy the eSIM, you will receive an email with a QR code. It may only take a few minutes to receive email. To activate the eSIM, you just need to scan the QR code and follow the instructions.
Does the eSIM include a number to make and receive calls?
eSIM does not allow calls or SMS. You will not get a new phone number. However, you can use internet-based calls and messages to communicate with your friends and family.
Do I need to register to buy the eSIM?
Yes, you need to register an account to see your eSIM data via web and mobile app.
When should I set up my eSIM?
WiFi connection is needed to set up eSIM on your device. You can either activate your eSIM before your departure or when you arrive to your destination, but remember that WiFi is needed for the set-up process.
Can I renew or extend the data on my eSIM?
You cannot renew or extend your eSIM. If you need more data, you need to buy another eSIM for your phone.
When can I uninstall an eSIM?
You shouldn’t uninstall the eSIM as long as you want to use it. Because if you uninstall the eSIM, you won’t be able to scan the QR code once again as the QR code provided can be used just once, and your eSIM wont be recovered.
You should only remove the eSIM once you have fiinished using your data plan. If your eSIM does not work, do not uninstall it. First talk to our customer support (WhatsApp) who will help you identify and solve the problem.
Can I use eSIM as dual-SIM?
Yes, eSIM works using dual-SIM. That means you can continue using your regular SIM card while using the eSIM as long as you have a compatible phone Click here to check if your phone is compatible.
When does the eSIM data plan start?
The eSIM data plan begins once you install it on your phone. To install the eSIM, you must scan the QR code you receive by mail.
Should I only buy an eSIM when I'm ready to use it?
No. You can buy an eSIM whenever you want. After purchase, you can wait as long as you like until you scan the QR code. Buying the eSIM does not start the plan, installing it on your device does.
How can I check my data balance?
You can check how much data you have at our website enjoyesim.com or through the enjoyesim app.
What do I do if I delete or lose my eSIM’s QR code?
The eSIM can’t work without the QR code, so please be careful not to delete it by mistake. If you cannot find the QR code in your emails, you can contact our customer support team. We will then be able to resend the QR code to your email.
Can I use WhatsApp with my eSIM?
Yes, you can use WhatsApp with an eSIM. You will keep your WhatsApp number when you install an eSIM. So don’t worry, you will keep all your conversations and contacts.
Can I access all apps and websites with my eSIM mobile data?
You can access any website or app as long as there are no restrictions from the app or web site you want to use.
Can I receive phone calls on my primary number?
As long as your phone allows you to have a SIM and eSIM activated at the same time, your primary number can receive the calls.
Can I reinstall an eSIM?
No, please don’t uninstall your eSIM if you want to continue using it or you will not be able to scan the QR code again and the eSIM cannot be recovered.
Can I install the same eSIM on multiple devices?
Your eSIM can only be installed on one device and can be installed only once. This means that if you remove the eSIM from your phone, it will not be possible to install it again.

How to set up an eSIM on Android
You can scan the QR Code directly through you camera app or by following these steps:
Settings -> Connections -> SIM card manager -> Add mobile plan.
Then follow the on-screen steps to complete the set up.
How to configure APN
iOS:
Settings -> Cellular -> eSIM -> Cellular Data Network
Then add the below APN in the APN field:
elux-mbb.movedata.mobi
Some iOS devices will show an extra option User Carrier Settings to set up the APN automatically.
Android:
Settings -> Connections -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> Add
Name: enjoyesim
APN: elux-mbb.movedata.mobi
